Don't have an invitation?

"I love Physicians Interactive programs. I feel I learn always, they are not short, not long [enough] to be tired, have the perfect size that a busy Oncologist could invest in a program that has good learning opportunity."

1) How are incentive choices for programs determined?
Physicians Interactive complies with AMA, CMA and PhRMA guidelines that allow medically relevant gifts that are of primary benefit to the physician's practice and the patient. In addition, PI incentives are subject to approval by the sponsoring company of any particular program. We are working to provide more items of a certificate value and appreciate any suggestions for other medically relevant items you'd like to see. At times, PI may provide cash honorariums for market research based programs if and when approved by the program sponsor.

2) What if I access the PI site and receive a message noting that there are no current programs available?
Programs are offered for a limited time; it may be that the program is either no longer being offered or the next series of a program will be available in a few days. Soon, all Physicians Interactive invitees will be able to view the date they completed a program series and/or see any open programs and the date they will be made available for participation. In the meantime, please be sure to check back regularly to check for available PI programs! .

3) Can I participate in a PI program if I am a healthcare professional other than a physician?
Yes! We have many programs for Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Pharmacists, and many other healthcare related specialties. If you are a healthcare professional, please be sure to respond to your program invitation.

4) How do I unsubscribe to an invitation request?
If you would like to unsubscribe to an email invitation, please reply to the email invitation and type "Remove" on the subject line. If you would like to be removed from a program mailing, please email us at help@physinteractive.com or call 1-800-794-6757. We will remove you from the program mailing list promptly. We value your feedback and would appreciate any comments related to your interest in being removed.

5) What are my honorarium options?
Most current programs provide an honorarium for your time. They vary from program to program based on the pharmaceutical company's regulatory approval process. Most invitations will specify your honorarium choices. However, if you are uncertain, please feel free to contact us.

6) I didn't receive my honorarium.
Upon completion of the program and selection of your honorarium, a redemption package should arrive within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation providing an Internet link to track the delivery of the package. We are also implementing a page on our website that will allow you to track the package. Any additional questions may be directed to our Physician Relations department by emailing us at help@physinteractive.com or calling 1-800-794-6757.

7) My colleague would like to participate in the Physicians Interactive program I have taken. Can he/she be provided with a PIN and Program code?
We welcome referrals and would be happy to verify a colleague's eligibility to a program. Upon registration, we will ask your colleague for a preferred UserName and password that will allow that individual access to the Physicians Interactive menu of available programs.

8) How do I update my address information?
You may provide all address changes by emailing us at help@physinteractive.com or calling 1-800-794-6757. We appreciate any new updates so that we may better notify you of future program availability.

9) Which Internet browsers do you support?
Physicians Interactive currently supports Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 and higher along with Netscape 7.0 and higher.

10) I see a partial image when I view a program. Why is that occurring and how do I correct it?
Many Physicians Interactive programs utilize the macromedia flash player. If you do not have the player installed on your system, you may encounter broken links from time to time. To install the free flash player please click here.
